The Gemini Concord is an alliance proposed by Neuvellon Diplomat Barthélemy Monteil. It aims to unify the nations of the Bolgesi Alliance and the Coalition of Communist Socialist Republics. The constellation that it is named after, Gemini, symbolizes unity. The Gemini Concord is to be a mediator and peacekeeper in the world (think UN but more militarized).
