speech: It is brought to my attention that the people are becoming nationalistic. They think that all Eastern russians should be united under one single banner. This is an intresting thought. Therfore I declare my plans of uniting the former Russian lands and bringing back the glory of Russia and become a significant world power. I will start my mass mobilization and will train and stregthen my army using resources I find. I believe it is destiny that I the great Tsar will bring about this very soon. This will be a great testimony to me and my peoples nation. We will rule Russia! Ура! To all of the people who live under my rule!
