Instructions

MASTERMIND - the classic color-guessing game of deduction The rules are simple. Your opponent (one of the Scratch mascots) picks a 4-color code, where each color is different (NO DUPLICATES, slight variation of original game). You have 10 guesses, and with each guess you can write your own code and see how close it is to the intended target. A black peg means that, in your guess, one of the colors is in the right spot. A white peg means that, in your guess, one of the colors is in the wrong spot. No peg means that the color doesn't belong. However, you don't know what peg goes with what color! Using the thumbnail as an example: I guess orange-pink-red-blue. My opponent places 1 black peg and 2 whites. This means that, overall, 3 of the colors in my guess are in the code, and 1 of them are already in the right spot. Your opponent is one of the Scratch mascots. Right now, there are only 2, but all 6 will be here eventually! Each one has a different personality: Scratch Cat: a nice, happy player who wants you to win Pico: a nervous and shy player Comment your favorite opponent! BONUS: can anyone figure out the code in the thumbnail? First one to comment it will get a shoutout! All code and most art (with the exception of the mascots) by @LionCoder10.
