Classic WHO Continued is a series dedicated to speculating alternate events if doctor who was not cancelled back in 1989. J Michael Strazinski wanted to take the show back to it's roots considering how outlandish the show has gotten throughout the Kingston and Smith era. This season and era also acted as a small reboot for the series, while continuing events from Season 64. Thus a new actor comes to take the reign of the doctor and the Seventeenth incarnation of the doctor is played by Richard Ayoade. The new companion for the series is played by Billie Piper (who in our timeline played Rose Tyler and is somewhat playing 16 though it has not been confirmed yet, I might be wrong.). the titles uses Season 64's music but updated and as for the sequence itself. it harkening back to the roots of "lets go on an adventure with the doctor" type feel.
on a side note to be honest, I do not like the multiple music changes whenever i make a new sequence for a one singular doctor three times.
