Oh no! Our minecarts fell into a portal, leaving us to fend for ourselves in a series of tracks scattered throughout the Scratch universe! Remix and add yourself (or even a new track) to help us out on our adventure! [IMPORTANT] There is an important script in backdrops that you will need to edit! Also, in this project the goal is to protect yourself from dying instead of protecting a particular object/person. [RULES] -Don't make yourself too big -Don't be OP -Feel free to balance defenders/enemies as needed -It's encouraged that you add new tracks to the project! -Same goes for enemies, do whatever you'd like with them -Try to keep a consistent theme for each track you add -Press space to view thumbnail [Defenderpedia] Bake: Rides a minecart and throws wrenches. Moderate health. Who needs a license to drive these days? Bomber Bob: He could swear you have seem him before in an obselete title... Maybe it's just delusion? Maybe it's the countless bombs he uses to cause as much damage as possible before leaving? Who knows! Kitsune Union: Random countryball who has not been seen in quite some time, Has a lot of health but weak attacks. Dread: A Dreaded Enderman unlike the other defenders here, he rides a brown snake. he is equipped with a scythe and a Ping Bomb. It's almost like he came from a older version of this here project.. Chemist-Bound Shroom: This shroom disappeared for almost five years due to his usage of chemical weapons. Has offensive and defensive attacks which balance out his relatively low physical and mental health. RO-09K CRU Kai: A semi autonomous Combat Robotic Unit. It's able to fire laser shots forward for moderate damage, or pepper enemies from the sky with head mounted vulcan fire. It also has incendiary rockets that targets specific enemies and deal damage over time to them. The "Kai" designation means that this is a superior and more costly variant of the standard type. [Enemepedia] Zombie: Infesting the mineshafts of Track 1, this is a tanky enemy who goes on the frontlines and lobs rotten flesh at allies. Skeleton: A squishy enemy found on Track 1 that sticks behind the zombies and shoots arrows with great accuracy. Skeleton King: The undead ruler of the mineshafts, fires heavy bolts with his crossbow. Scary! Dynacarter: A cybernetic entity resembling a cat who shoots powerful energy bolts at anyone and everyone nearby. Lasercart: Half robot, half feline, this fella shoots barrages of weak lasers at the entire squad. The Beacon: A supercomputer controls this object, granting it otherwordly power. Acts as a hivemind for the cybernetic denizens of Power City. Not really a beacon of hope now, isn't it... Platoon Unit: One of the millions of units deployed by BLU to take over red bases. Unlike other enemies, these guy's bullets can penetrate infinitly! Electro: A lightning infused platoon unit! They take forever to attack, but if they hit you its gonna HURT! Platoon Leader: General commander for platoon units. He stole covert's style because he could. Grand Chopper: A war chopper famous for its devestating damage and ability to take out foes 10 times bigger then itself! Ouch! Vulture: "Your in for a beating", Vultures are common is wastelands, Often feeding off dead animals. But these Vultures are.. Made differently.. They are able to pierce through multiple defenders. Scarab: An ancient bug wrote on the Egyptian walls, they are capable of Mud rolling in the air, how surprising! "Cat"tus: Wait.. This ain't a cactus.. It's a costume that a cat is wearing! They are able to throw spikes from their costume. How sweaty is it in there..? Scarab King: Ruler of all of the scarabs. {ADDITIONS} -Added the medic, a rogue cat who supports the team with his restorative powers. Can also poison the enemy and sap their life. What he lacks in tankiness and damage, he makes up for it in his ability to help the team take on much longer fights. {CHANGES} -Fixed a ton of interactions between projectiles and defenders (stuff that doesn't pierce will now not pierce, etc.) -Reworked K.U a lil bit, gave him new start/idle animations, added sound effects, polished attack animations and resprited rocks -Buffed track 4 into oblivion (i might've gone a lil bit overboard with this, feel free to undo some changes if you think the world is too hard now). Basically what I did was increase the (incredibly slow) attack speed of all the enemies. In turn, i think that i might have made the "cat"-tus enemy into a god level threat because now they spam fire infinitely piercing needles and destroy our entire defense lol. Notes: We breeze through tracks 1-3 and can nearly beat track 4 now, so i'd recommend the next few remixes to hold off from adding more defenders, and instead focus on adding more tracks. Yes, still feel free to add more defenders, but like if you do so i also encourage you to add a track while you're at it.
