My Scratch screen movement is never smooth (at least in windows). I wanted to test this, so here is a quick project to do just that. Each 1/30th of a frame should spend the same amount of time on the screen - But it doesn't - instead it flips spending more time on red, or blue... What is interesting is that this issue also occurs in TurboWarp, but can be avoided by either switching my monitor to 30Hz (rather than 60Hz), or by using TurboWarp's Interpolation mode... Perhaps there's a solution we can achieve without needing Interpolation?
