Since I only have one powerful country I made a new one, it's economy would make it a high great power because of no wars and trade with random countries however it's military is not that great at all that can eventually be made powerful, it rarely gets into wars Izdubarian Empire was a type 4.1 who hated Osirians and removed most of them from Luminaris 25 million years ago sending them south, the Luminarian Osirians eventually recovered but the Venopolian Osirians expanded and were a gigantic amount of of city states and they were actually better off than the Luminarian Osirians because they rarely got involved in outside wars Also the city "Padme" is there because my 5 year old cousin actually named a random star she saw "Padme" Also a large majority of the Osirians in the former OPR moved here recently and even got a stellar engine from Alevantian Empire to move Luminaris and now it's the new capital of Venopolis
