the sign was meant to be a 30MPH sign but 2 years ago they changed a lot of them to the 20MPH sign, STUPID WELSH GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS WHY I WANT TO LIVE IN AMERICA!!!!!
