Ok. sooo.... you know how I suddenly just disappeared out of existence for like half a year? I'm here to explain why take a seat, a snack and listen (technically read?) to me yap. When I finished intermediate (middle) school, I suddenly felt less motivation to do scratch, but that's not the full reason, Something happened to my friend on the first of January this year that made me realise that I should appreciate my friends while they're still there (BTW THAT FRIEND DIDNT DIE GUYS OMG NO but they were close to) so I took a seemingly small break from scratch for bit in the summer holidays. Little did I know the break would grow into a giant hiatus for almost 6 months. First of all, my dad blocked scratch on my iPad for talking to "strangers online" which is fair I guess but that made it harder for me to post projects or even continue my rotating dta which is why I closed it for what was meant to be until high school started for me a month later. Then, my desktop computer, which is what I was using scratch on, even though I couldn't post as much on it, got taken away because it became my mum's. Until she got a new computer, so now the desktop computer is mine now again yippee!! ALSO I had no motivation to do scratch anymore. I moved on. I was close to quitting. But then I realised that's dumb I mean I grew up with scratch, which is a significant part of my early childhood and it helped me discover who I really am and form the person I am today. I was also busy with schoolwork and I didn't really have time to check in. I did use scratch on my phone though from time to time to check in on my online friends but that's pretty much it. but that pretty much it. okay now to say what kind of stuff you guys missed when I went on the hiatus: first up...........remember that project I shared with my cat? He passed away back in February :( its okay though he died in my dads arms, in peace after the vets put him down because he was in severe pain because of a bladder and kidney disease. He had a nice life, short as it was (5 years) He had a lot of friends and people that loved him and a big safe neighbourhood for him to explore and yummy treats. He's in a better place now. RIP Freddie November 9 2020 - February 25th 2025 on a lighter note here's some cool new things about me: 1. high school starting, obviously (I like it I've got a lot of new friends) 2. my birthday! April fools day (I was born a joke! /j) I turned 13! 3. I do theatre now 4. my MBTI changed from ENFP-T to INFP-T (idk why that's relevant it just is now) 5. I started writing my own m*rd3r mystery novel! 25 pages in so far, will share snippets of my book later! 6. remodelled my room 7. Found a new art style I LOVE (the one used in this post) and a bunch more!
