Click space on the bar to catch fish, try to make sure it is in the middle. Once you have a good amount of money from fish you can drive to the shop, try not to hit the cars otherwise you will have to pay or the hospital bill. Once you get to the shop (It takes 6 seconds) You can buy 2 things, rod levels, which give you better fish, and insurance which gets much more expensive but it decreases your money you spend if you get hit. Once you are done buying click space to go back to the fishing place and repeat.
