Sadly, the neighbors hated his parents, they threw a lit match into their house, knowing his parents wouldn't be able to get out. Garn luckily escaped, slightly crying. Adopted by [Spoiler] with his step-siblings, nobody in the family knew what happened so he never mentioned it. Years later, a teenager, looking for his former neighbors. Sadly, he never found them. Giving up, he started training for war. Training for days on end, only taking breaks to eat and sleep. When he was old enough, he signed up to fight in WW2. Nearly didn't make it out alive, his right eye got sh0t. Luckily the bullet got stuck in his eye, thank god for doctors. He had it bandaged, never taking it off.
