Was originally gonna base this off of Sonic Xtreme (a cancelled Sonic game)
So this is NEPTUNE (Named after a cancelled SEGA console that his game ,STH: Shining World, was on) he became a monster as he learned his game would never see the light of day. And when it does; he'll kill anyone and everyone who dares play it @Stafoon
