So this is a character I wanna use in a comic, the comic is inspired by the Pink Panther movies, Harold Hare plays the role of The Inspector, Cato Cat will be the jewel thief, his name is actually based on Burt Kwouk's character from the films (Cato Fong) Unrelated, but how do those cats get ears like that? I've never understood.
