Rules: No animating in the backdrop (It makes it harder for me to put the whole thing together) Do not use art other than yours No forever loops are to be used Fill out the form If you want to make a TNE then you do not have to ask at all. You can still make one even if you have a part. You can't have more then 2 parts (Only two parts can be entered) Only 1 TNE can be entered but you can change the original one Reserving lasts for a month If you want to be a backup then still fill out the form but in the end, say 'backup'.
