this is supposed to be a lollipop if you couldn't tell and the cloak-ish thing is supposed to be a wrapper and the pattern things on the wrapper are supposed to be diamonds (the square-ish type of diamond shape as in, not the kite-ish ones) (and yes i did give them hair it just looks a bit weird in the drawing) also uhh the arms should probably be higher up and the cloak should probably at least slightly surround the stick thing in the front i guess reminds me of Ridiculous_Objects' main oc /silly
