Fallout is a version of Ace that was exposed to nuclear material for most of her childhood, making her powers radioactive. If the diamond on her sweater turns blue where the yellow is, that means that she's angry. She joined the Royal Guard, and served in that position for six years. In her universe, there is no age limit for how young you can join. It's more of a "if you get hurt, good luck to you" kinda environment. Her universe collapsed after a nuclear explosion, and she was the only one left. She escaped the dying universe and eventually found other monsters. Now she is a bully with several -more like a lot- of "followers" who hang around her to avoid getting on her bad side. She torments weaker monsters and mocks stronger ones. She isn't inherently evil or good, she's kinda indifferent. Powers: Nuclear dragon: Radioactive, six-headed dragon that breathes nuclear waste instead of fire. Deadly on contact. Puppet master: Mind control, except it kills you if you're mind controlled for over two minutes. Nuclear tipped swords: swords that have nuclear material on them. Deadly upon contact.
