not sure if it’s official but here are the rules, You have full permission to use Admin skins in your art but do not use any unfinished skins because some might not be final design No shipping characters (unless the owner of the characters give permission or say that it’s canon) Don’t make anything that’s not appropriate Don’t make fun of other people’s art Winner gets an artist skin in burden (not known if true yet because once again, unknown if official)
the creator of burden can change any rules or anything at all if they want to also the creator of burden can say if this is official or not
