yes he is 3d no i did not use blender yes he is made in 3d paint yes i did use vector to make him look more expresive yes he did look expressionless wenn i made him in 3d paint yes his tail is a seperate part to make it look better yes i did kinda change the coding of black and completly the borders. yes il use this artstyle alot maybe
