the first is a student, named Diamond treasure. she's the popular one, and a bit of a bully. the second one is a teacher, named Mrs. Tistic (full name is Art tistic.) she is the art teacher, obviosly, and she thinks that Art is seriose, and not for fun. so that means she is stricked.
