To enter, colour in the penguins, backgrounds, VS sign, etc. You can add stuff if you want, even animate it!!! Plus you can add music to it to make it even better. Colour each penguin differently because they are two different teams. Other than that... NO RULES!!!! It will be judged my me (lolliemaster).
