anyone can use. Give credit. These signs are used for railroad crossing emergencies such as getting stuck on the tracks or reporting an RXR malfunction. These signs are known as "ENS" signs. ENS stands for "Emergency Notification System". Though trains weigh tons and it takes time for them to stop, this sign can save your life and/or your car. But still, trains have their right of way, so never bypass a railroad crossing, The train will win. The car will lose badly. Always pull your windows down to hear the crossing and see if a train is coming. These are usually posted on the poll of a railroad crossing and they contain a phone number, crossing ID, and the railroad name that owns the crossing. The reason why I made this is bc of my DPS handbook showing this. I'm gonna learn how to drive soon. :)
