The idea of the Phi Autonomous Federative Commonwealth makes many who had been worried about authoritarian rule and ultra-capitalists happy, as now they can be more autonomous from those people. This also makes those who disliked the PSS happy, as now they don't have to worry about as much backlash when they do things.
