Controls and Performance Tips: Left and Right Arrow Keys : Move Down Arrow Key : Crouch Space Bar : Jump (hold/tap to control jump height) D : Tap (and hold the left or right arrow keys) to do a dash - Jump while dashing to do a long jump - Dash jump off a wall by pressing Space while sliding down a wall immediately after pressing D (this is kinda buggy though) - Dashing can be used to dodge attacks similarly to crouching - Cancel a dash by crouching, slashing, or letting go of the arrow keys X : Fire buster. Hold to charge and then release. Z : Slash Z Saber. - does different slashes depending on if you're in the air, on the ground, or sliding on a wall - slashes have different ranges, speeds, and damages Jump onto walls to wall grab. Hold the direction facing the wall to hang on, or else press Space Bar/let go of the key to let go of the wall. //// (Performance tips) If the game is running slowly, try turning down the key-repeat speed of your keyboard in Control Panel, or turn off key-repeat all together. This helps if Scratch lags when you hold down a key. Also, Scratch tends to run noticeably smoother in Firefox as opposed to Google Chrome for me. Try turning off hardware acceleration in your Flash settings, as Scratch doesn't support this currently anyway. Just right-click on the top bar in the editor or on the player in full-screen mode.
