New plush :) latias it is not an official plush, they are EXPENSIVE this one was so cheap :) it was like 8 dollars, and the official one is like $30 and way smaller. ~~Measurements~~ Wingspan: 13 inches length: about 10 inches the arms are very floppy for some reason. There isnt any stuffing in the arms (there is for the hands though) It actually looks decently real looking and accurate (I know there are some very cursed looking bootleg Pokemon plushies) most of my plushies are not "official" because they are just too expensive :) i got this on aliexpress (they actually have really accurate looking cheap pokemon plush, i recommend it) thats it, bye :)
