Hi everyone! Thank you for your patience! I'm excited to announce that Fortnite Scratch Edition Chapter 6 will launch in the very near future! We are targeting Saturday, June 14th as the release date. Seeing as the delays got a bit out of hand, the first two seasons will be 8-9 weeks long versus the normal 10 weeks. With Galactic Battle being 4 weeks before returning back to the 10 week schedule with the next season. This is so we can get back on track and not fall too far behind the actual game. I always intend to be only 1-1.5 seasons behind the actual game. So, what should you expect in V33.0.0. Well, of course the new Chapter 6 map, new weapons, a new battle pass and lobby background. You know, the works. But, there's also some new experiences! TWO new game modes! Fortnite OG, and The OG-OG Battle Royale. In Fortnite OG, relive OG seasons with modern mechanics (sprinting, weapons/inventory, healing items, etc.) and in The OG-OG Battle Royale, you will experience OG season maps, but with the gameplay of early Fortnite Scratch Edition! Also with this comes the OG Pass! (Separate purchase from the Battle Pass, 1000 V-Bucks.) OG Seasons (and their respective pass) will generally run 4-5 weeks. There have also been MANY smaller changes and behind the scenes changes to make things that much better. I can't wait to show you everything in store!
