Although, it has changed physically. It transformed into a more refined and fleshed out design, a massive change from it's former look. This is because of the effect that glimphys has on it's corresponding essence. It doubles the percentage of the glitch essence which makes up the monster's body while keeping the other essences the same. Which in this case, causes the glitch essence to overpower the doodle essence. Other than this, there's nothing else we can say about the guy, because barry deleted all his criminal records somehow.
