note: the scratch network app is made up. I only made one of these due to me not making one of these in a while. the phone number “2763-588-SCRATCH” is also made up. 911 is real though. whole summary: during a show, movie, commercial, or ident, everything will turn black, grey, and white. along with everything glitching out. then the screen will turn black, along with the screenbug disappearing. then, the technical difficulties screen will show up. after 10 seconds, the technical difficulties screen will disappear. then, a new screen shows up, saying that the viewer is viewing the channel illegally. it also tells you to buy an legal version of the channel before cutting to static, cutting off the message.
