Originally of Finnish, Russian, and Swedish descent, he was born into the controlled territory of Idaho. He grew up in a noble family whose patriarch was a member of the Council. After his father died when Arthur was 45, he was added to the Council, where he eventually became the head speaker. At 52, he is the youngest king ever crowned. His log blond hair betrays his European roots, but he is a true and loyal member of the Palm Empire. He has a known history of being aggressive, leading many to wonder whether the Palm Empire will be involved in its first major war under his leadership.
