So, this is another new Undertale OC or something. His name is Liam, and he's based off a rabbit (duh) and he's blue for some reason.. ._. Well, anyway, here's a bio thingy: Name: Liam Gender: Male Personality: Sassy, and a show off. He can also be empathetic when needed. He's lazy, and a HUGE procrastinator. Backstory/Basic Information: His arms are so short and stubby that they're technically useless, so he developed hands on his ears. His legs are also very short, but he can still use them for walking. He prefers to use his ears to walk around though.
