When babakans revolted in UAT, the UAT gave them greater conditions. The UAT seeing the Babakans who were innocent sufer made them do the American Babakan Tribes protection policy. This included protection to the Babakans. It said to treat them equal without discrimination, or the Babakans suffering. The UAT made everyon sign it.
