[ please remix and / or favourite to spread this !! ] so hey, gang. this isn’t a vent, and it isn’t drama. this is just me being real about something that’s been kinda bugging me lately. scratch is supposed to be a community, right ?? but like… do we actually *get* what that means ?? a community means you got people who share interests. people who support each other. people who don’t judge you just 'cause you’re different or confused or figuring stuff out. but scratch lately ?? it’s starting to feel like everybody’s just mad at each other for existing. and honestly ?? that’s wild. some people are getting hated for being lgbt, others for being Christian, others for being furries or therians or just… *weird*. gang, what happened to kindness ?? what happened to respect ?? what happened to being chill ?? me ? i’m a Christian. i follow Jesus. and He literally said to love everyone. not just “people who think like you.” not just “people you agree with.” just… *everyone*. full stop. you think He’d be proud if He saw His people out here bullying others for no reason ?? nah, man. no way. that ain’t it. and if you’re lgbt — please don’t think every Christian is out to get you. some of us are just out here trying to be kind, have faith, and respect everybody even if we believe different stuff. we don’t have to be the same to be decent humans. same goes for furries and therians. you don’t get to pick what makes you feel like *you*. you don’t get to choose what makes your brain go “yep, this is me.” being a therian isn’t ✨quirky✨. it’s weird and confusing and painful and raw and REAL. it’s like your body isn’t wrong but also… not right ?? like there’s a half-you you can’t explain and when it hits, it HITS. and people get laughed at for that ?? really gang ?? really ?? and furries ?? bro. let people draw their animal dudes in peace. they’re not hurting anyone. they’re literally just vibing with art and characters and having fun. if you don’t like it, scroll. nobody asked you to join the pack anyway. and the GroSs part of the fandom ?? man im sorry but humans do thAt so just cope also can we stop with the whole “drama callout project !! someone stole my art !! this person is evil !!” GANG. what if… and hear me out… you *handled it privately like a decent person* ?? callouts don’t help. they just create mess. same with “dislike clubs” — like be honest. what are you, five ?? (only brainrot dislike clubs are valid tho ✨) and art theft ?? yea that’s not cool. but also — tracing when you’re still learning ?? super common. i traced for three years straight. it didn’t make me better. it just made me feel guilty whenever someone complimented something i didn’t actually make. now ? i got my own art style. it’s weird and a lil messy but it’s MINE. and it makes me proud. and guess what ?? i only got there by trying. over. and over. and over. so yeah. try. compliment someone’s art, even if it’s not great. help someone when they’re stuck. stop assuming the worst about people. don’t judge people just 'cause they’re figuring themselves out. scratch could be so cool again. so safe. so full of creativity and weird projects and friendly chaos. but that only happens if we make it happen. so go to some kid’s profile,, compliment their art even if it is *HORRIBLE*,, you made that 9 year old’s day right there so please. be better than the hate. be kinder than the silence. be the reason someone comes back to scratch tomorrow. you’re not too small to make this better. do something good today, gang. you got this. and *please* dont report this did i offend you ?? do you want this community to be set on fire like garbage please say what offended you because im sure i didnt. – someone who cares (and is very tired of the drama lol)
