Using power from volcanoes, the Palm Empire has successfully started a second layer civilization. After using Alaska as a launch pad to begin construction. The tunnels are reinforced with steel beams infused with tungsten. Tubes leading to the surface have been coated with anti-frost and lead to a grate on the surface. We are also using technology to draw water from the Pacific Ocean and purify it, as well as taking snowmelt from the surface. After a brief war with the Alaskan Natives, our civilians, until they can adapt to the cold, will live underground in this geothermal-powered safe area. We have also created an underground network of silos and airbases underground that can be programmed to rise to the surface should the need arise. This includes air bases with Swordfish 23Ds and Mark 6 Tracer cannons, which have a range of 750 miles, along with traditional V10 Missile Launchers, which have a range of 2,000 miles. We share a border with the ESLC, which allows for trade of weapons and other equipment necessary for survival underground. We allow all of their citizens in as long as they have documentation proving that they are a member of the ESLC.
