my first OC drawing! who is Toxic Cat? he is a master war genaral and nuclear weapons expert, he almost caused WWIII (World War Three)! well during one of the wars he was exposed to radiation, he started to mutant, but he was going to die (duh!) so they put him in a special suit, because he could only breath radiation, after 5 years of being in the suit, he was finally done mutanting, so he went to a planet and started selling illegal scrap metal, and that's it (all his soliders were mutanted to) BONUS: his genaral name was Genaral Toxic Cat, and he mutanted into a cat human,thing
