This is a more efficient but smaller version of Horizons Edge (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1157100692/) Light's End is positioned around a black hole about 4000 miles across. The black hole is spinning, and Light's End exploits that; how that works is stated in the Horizons Edge project. The reason for building this is currently classified and will be released soon. Light's End is fully operational and is currently generating power. (I am very much aware that this is a very small amount of info, however, all will be revealed soon.)
