It was originally a drawing... I traced it on Scratch and now it looks a little different... but it's basically the same... Her name is Destiny's Call. She supported Luna's night. When Nightmare Moon rose, she was torn and supported no one. As punishment Celestia cast a spell that prevented her from speaking. But it said nothing about singing! (magic is very specific that way) It was lifted when Luna returned, but she still loves singing!
