Hey there! Just wanted to announce that I’m going to reduce the amount of time I spend on Scratch each day. I’m not quitting entirely, but I am going to a be bit less active. I’m going to try to check my messages less frequently and maybe even have a Scratch-free day or two each week. Also, my active days may be spent creating new projects or studios instead of interacting with the community in any way, so I may not respond to messages for a while. This is not because of anyone on this website, really. I have nothing against all the kind people who have discovered my account. I just want to better manage the time I spend on here before it becomes a problem. I want to check this site less frequently and feel less pressured to answer comments right away. I may not be able to chat or share projects as frequently as I did before, and I may take longer breaks more often. However, I’m still so grateful to be on this website! I may quit entirely someday, as I don’t see Scratch being a big part of my life in the distant future. However, that’s a LONG time from now, so don’t be sad! I plan to be here enjoying this website for a long, long time. PS, if I ever disappear in the middle of a conversation, please don’t worry. Most likely, I either got distracted by something going on irl or decided it was time to go offline. It’s not because of you or the conversation, and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. :)
