Impact Man is a Robot Master built by Dr. Light, and his weapon is Pile Driver. A.I.: Attacks by Dashing, then jumping, then attempting to damage the target by becoming a 3-spiked pick that hops across the screen. Power Gear: Becomes a massive drill that attempts to crush the target.
