I'm just gonna number these in the order that they're listed on the application studio, if that's okay 1. I'm Ali, polyamorous and questioning sexuality, though I'm most likely gonna stick with lesbian- I go by she/her, and I'm a decent person, I guess. Usually pretty positive, unless I'm having a bad day. I'm actually rather new, only been here for, what, 3-4 months-? And I'm in the Central timezone. 2. I'm 13-15, and I'm online pretty reliably from around 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. I'm also online a bit during the day, starting at around 7 AM. 3. I would be a good manager because of a few reasons. One, as I said before, I'm usually a pretty positive person, and I like to try and comfort people. Two, I'm actually rather responsible when I try, and I try not to break any of the Hive rules. Three, I've had experience-ish helping run things like this, even if it was slightly different. 4. Okay, I'm gonna be honest with myself here: there's more than a few downsides to me. When I'm not happy or comforting, I sometimes get a little sad and snappy, though I try to keep it from leaking into my comments. I can be a bit of an attention-seeker, too, in case that's something you want to watch out for. Also, I can sometimes be kinda... weird, but not in a good way. Less unique, more odd. 5. I could bring a bit more interaction, as I often comment in the Hive, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Also, I can make the Hive a generally more cheerful place, though I can still do that now if my application gets turned down. 6. Well, I'm gonna be honest, I really like how the Hive is already- if I had to improve one thing, it would probably be how people can tank the Hive by using other accounts and being negative, though it would probably have to be a group effort, and not something I would be able to do by myself. 7. I would assume that the manager position means helping encourage the rules, make important decisions concerning the Hive, making sure the members are happy and comfortable, and making sure everything is going smoothly in general. 8. Immediately I think of @DarkroomGremlin. I see him around the Hive all the time, talking to people and generally being an amazing person. For example, he was the one who encouraged me to make this application! He just seems like a really cool guy =3 My second choice would be @AGENTElGHT (or whichever account she's using at the moment). She's an amazing person, always interacting with people and being a positive impact =3 She once did a positivity wheel that made many people's days! Really cool person.
