So, I can't animate on scratch, even though I animated some short animations that doesn't mean I can animate a full episode. So I thought about making the animation and posting it on YouTube but @CureLullaby who is also @sydnyethesciencegui can't use YouTube so I got an idea about making the manga about kirameki on scratch and posting the animation on youtube
