Scientists – study the creatures, figure out what they are, and how to stop them. 2. Guards – protect the cages, the labs, and the base from escape or attack. 2. Unit Blackout – an elite strike force that captures monsters in the wild and handles the most dangerous ones. They use special weapons and armor. How Did C.A.G.E. Begin? C.A.G.E. was created 80 years ago after a creature destroyed a small town and nobody knew what it was. A secret group of world leaders came together and built the first C.A.G.E. site to stop it from ever happening again.
