In each round, one quadrant of the arena is lit red, and the lights spin around the central display. The players then have to scramble around the arena for 7 or 8 seconds to avoid getting caught by the red danger panel. When time is up, the players are locked into place and the trapdoors open. Whoever's standing on the quadrants lit red, falls through trapdoors and get eliminated. This keeps going until one team loses all of their members. Last team standing wins! ===== HOW TO REMIX ===== Want to add a character to this project? Follow these instructions carefully to get them in: 1. See inside the project for the rules and read them. DON'T proceed until you've done this! 2. Click the green "Remix" button at the top-right corner. 3. Create a duplicate of the "Player0" sprite. (right-click the sprite on the sprite list, then click "duplicate") 4. Create your character! Replace every costume in the duplicated sprite with your character, replace all "Voice" sound clips (at the bottom of the sound list) with your character's voice & set their name, number of footstep sounds, walk animation speed, and size. 5. Test your project &, if you like the result, either continue to add more characters or share it! BONUS: You're also allowed to add characters to the thumbnail & add more music tracks. The credits are located in the thumbnail sprite with the rules so they can be passed on to later remixes. ===== ADVICE ===== Sounds easy, right? Well, there's a catch. The further the game progresses, the more quadrants lit red are shown, and the different layouts they will have! Watch the lights carefully, then choose a spot you think is the correct place, or else you're toast.
After nearly a 1-year hiatus, my 14th AY-minigame is now out! It all started when @laithaikabi123 shared a minigame for me to finish in a private conversation between us, and I accepted it by making it in an improved form on what he had started with! This time, it's a recreation of a team minigame in Super Mario Party, titled It's The Pits, and since I've already recreated several Mario Party minigames back in 2021, I had a really fun time developing this one, especially when it comes to the high-five ending! Since he couldn't share the project because he couldn't access the Scratch website, I had to do it. Now, his idea has become a reality! This is my first original minigame to feature a smarter, more dynamic scaling method that @ZYellow introduced in Tornado Twirl ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1023598853/ ). No longer will you need to manually scale your players in the costume editor, as a much easier alternative is now available! He was going to include this feature in Boulder Attack REDUX, but it didn't work well with the zapper boulders when it comes to player alignment, but that was until @MisterChuChu helped me with it when I was developing "Twist n' Flip: Rewritten!". He did an impressive job, and even made it so it supports all alignments in the costume editor which can be seen here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1175122356/ ! This project was originally made in May 2, 2025 and officially shared to the public in May 23, 2025. Most of the development time was fixing the alignment bug with the dynamic scaling method. Play this in TurboWarp for the best experience: https://turbowarp.org/1179965053?hqpen&interpolate Credit to all, including: - @-Rex- for the Pen Text Engine++. - @laithaikabi123 for the minigame idea and Daver and Stickman making apperances in this minigame as special guests. - @ZYellow (mentioned above) for the dynamic scaling method. - @MisterChuChu (mentioned above) for making improvements to the dynamic scaling method so it supports all alignments in the costume editor. - @Twin138956Scratch for the "Confetti Poppers" sprite ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/469550419/ ). - @__Annoying--Orange__ for the Scratch Cat spritesheet ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/780510235/ ). - Nintendo for the original minigame concept (seen above). - ALL music/jingle/SFX owners/composers. - All of the owners for all of the assets.
