Read the instructions, it basically explains everything. So I transformed @AryaV's mermaid into a penguin. 96 COSTUMES! To make an EXTREMELY simple and crude penguin! I decided something when I finished this: I ♥♥♥ MAKING SPEED DRAWS! And I will continue to make more. Yes, I am a chili and my fave place on Earth is Antarctica. DUH!
