Arashi Tatsumaki (アラシ・タツマーキ) is a new member of The Residence. He is from Sky Land who lives at orphanage along with his little sister and his childhood friend. He is sometimes rival of Yorita(yokaicatcher) and Z's disciple. He is still learning about programming.
