PLOT: A human colony ship explores a desolated nuclear wasted planet, they find a purse, causing The Doctor's TARDIS to end up on a familiar planet once again Artaris, & this time something is afoot. Bates is secretly concocting a plan to Kill the colony. Can the doctor stop bates, or is this secretly deeper than he thinks.
