If you know, this is DEFINITLEY not supposed to happen because its a GLITCH.
You can do it yourself! Create a new project Go to My Blocks Create one and call it whatever Hold on it or right click and hit edit. Type in % in the text box and click Ok 2 times. Change it to nothing. Click ok once. Move your block.
