(SPOILER WARNING BELOW THIS!!!) she will only turn good if the Starlights fight her and the Starlights win and shortly after, Velvet would realize what she has done. so, Velvet cannot become good yet, the Starlights have to fight her first. (btw, Marina's entire BFF Squad actually have a starlight form, it's just not designed yet, and the lore for them isn't out yet. oh, and sorry if I spoiled y'all from Velvet & the Starlights thing-)
