This is for @-Thing-, they asked me how to animated walking people, and I needed to figure out how to do that properly before I make any kind of explanation. Maybe looking at the costumes on this will help a bit? The guy is kind of creepy looking, and the animation is sort of choppy, but CLOSE ENOUGH... XD
