All I thought of him before this is just a plague doctor assasain with a silly plague doctor little brother) Dr. Levamen is a being that resembles a plague doctor, and kinda works like an assassin. Some state he could be the avatar of the first horseman of the apocalypse. He is one of the reapers that work under the embodiment of death, and wants to cure "life", thinking it's a disease, and wants to turn people into immortal zombies. He has a little brother, nicknamed "Plaguey", who wants to be a doctor that saves people, but is really bad at it. Dr. Levamen usually sends people to him so they would perish as Plaguey tries to operate on him, with the guise that Dr. Levamen tells them they're sick and need his help.
