madrid, hoping that the peace agreement is accepted, would establish the french "sister" republic, in the newly gained southern french territories. this would create a border between NATO controlled europe and the newly formed "continental revolutionary front". as of right now, its only a organization, until it becomes an actual nation, it would be fully formed.
