What is a rotating OTA? ~ OTA stands for Offer To Adopt. This means that you can "adopt" or potentially own or be gifted an OC or OC design IF the owner of the designs (in this case, me) accepts your trade. Ex: @idk123 says to me, "I can do a bust and two scenes of your choice for Bamboo Forest." (@idk123 comments this below) If I like that trade, I can say "accepted! Bamboo Forest is PENDING to you!" This means that Bamboo Forest is ON HOLD until @idk123 finishes their part of the trade. Once done, I will say, "You now OWN Bamboo Forest!" This person offered something for my design, then they adopted it! Offer To Adopt! HOWEVER. I may say, "Ty, but I'm not interested." This means I'm not interested in your trade and am looking for something else for this design. You may offer something else instead, or just not get the OC. A rotating OTA is when I am still in the process of making designs, and may only have 3 out of the 6 designs done. In this case, I may ping people when new designs come out. ~ ✿ Rules ~ DO NOT: Hate on me if I'm not interested in your offer. It's not THAT deep, I might just be looking for something specific. DO NOT: Hate on others for getting the OC or design you wanted. NO mean comments will be tolerated. You MAY: Claim multiple OCs/designs, and make several different offers for the same OC or design. Please know that I CAN tell you that your design is pending, then change my mind and give it to SOMEONE ELSE. So please: DO. NOT. GET. MAD. AT. ME.
